Update (11 Jan 2008): improved with great help from Christian
The calendar is available in 2 versions: SVG/JS and a very large (11600×8000, 1.6MB) PNG fit for printing. If you need a different resolution, you can use Apache batik's rasterizer. Here's the terminal command I used:
java -Xmx2048m -jar batik-rasterizer.jar -w 11600 -h 8000 -scripts text/ecmascript -onload -scriptSecurityOff calendar.svg
